In \u201cPhonotriene\u201d, ceramic and human bodies collaborate in a spiritual repatriation ritual expressed through sound, movement, and materiality. Viking entities, which have been summoned for decades by Venezuelan shamans to guide and protect their followers, are now offered a passage to return to their ancient homeland.<\/p>\n

As boreal forests become increasingly vulnerable to wildfires, this talk reflects on soil moisture and carbon as conditions shaping regeneration. Through material exploration with biochar and two time-based interventions, it explores how forest management might be rethought over time, opening space for more regenerative approaches to wildfire prevention.<\/p>\n
